MJY142U-25 Sawmill line is for specification board like wood Pallet Board or wall board. It includes Log Conveyor, MJY142U-25, Sawn Log separator and feeding, Plank feeding and centering machine, Plank Multi Rip Saw and Stacking Machine etc.

1) MJY142U-25 Sawmill line for log length from 2 meters to 4 meters or from 1 meter to 2 meters(customized), log diameter from 80 to 250mm.

2) Adopting advanced world famous brand components in pneumatic parts ,electric parts and operation parts. Like Mitsubishi.

3) Saw Kerf 3.4mm, saw with scraper which get flat surface after sawing. Replace planing. 

4) Energy-saving and low wast due to multi-blade design.  

5) With water cooling system to cool saw blade and spindle which keep them longer life. 

6) To replace Band saw in wood under 250mm, at least three times capacity of Band Saw.
